Heat-shrinkable connection terminals are a quick and easy way to connect copper conductors exposed to moisture. Made of tinned, highly conductive copper, they provide a strong and reliable connection. The use of a transparent outer sleeve allows for visual inspection of the connection. To seal the connection permanently, the end should be crimped with a press with jaws designed for heat shrink fittings, followed by the application of a thermal flux.
