Shipping and receiving orders

We strive to make the process of receiving your order as convenient and fast as possible. To do this, we offer several ways to receive your order in Ukraine:

1. Delivery by Nova Post

• We deliver throughout Ukraine
• Shipping is carried out daily, after order confirmation
• Delivery time: 1–3 business days depending on the region
• Delivery to a branch or by courier to your door is possible

Delivery payment:

• According to Nova Post tariffs
• Payment upon receipt or included in the bill
• Estimated delivery cost by Nova Poshta is 150 UAH.
• Free delivery by Nova Poshta from 5000 UAH.

2. Pickup from the office in Kyiv

You can personally pick up your order at our office at:

Kyiv, st. Omelyana Pritsaka, 4

Working hours:

Mon–Fri: 09:00 – 18:00

Sat–Sun: weekends
