Return of goods

We at Mikroprylad LLC strive to provide our customers with the best service and quality products. If for any reason the purchased product does not meet your expectations, you can exercise your right to return it in accordance with the conditions below.

Terms of return of goods:

1. Return period:

You can return the goods within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.

2. Condition of the goods:

• The goods must be in new, unused condition.
• The complete set, factory packaging, labels and seals must be preserved.
• Goods with signs of installation, damage or use are not accepted for return.

3. Documentation:

To return, you must provide:

• Original or copy of the sales receipt or invoice
• A brief explanation of the reason for the return (optional, but will help improve our service)

4. Non-returnable goods:

• Goods manufactured or modified for an individual order
• Cable products cut to the specified length
• Software and services after delivery

Refund procedure:

• After receiving and checking the goods, we will refund the money within 5-7 business days.
• The money will be returned to the same account/card from which the payment was made.
